Spirit of sake brewing
The spirit of sake brewing is to create and serve sake that can be shared and enjoyed throughout the journey of our precious lives.
In addition to our famous Okuhida and Hatsumidori labels,
we now have Yuzu-shu (yuzu sake) and Ume-shu (plum sake) which we produce by hand in small batches.
Japanese sake prepared with the underground river water from the Hida River has a light and dry flavor that is enjoyed throughout Japan.
The name of our high-quality sake brand Hatsumidori means “a sake from a mountain village surrounded by greenery and water.” We resurrected this sake out of a desire to return to our origins and pursue the sublime taste and pleasure of Japanese sake.
We aim to create refreshing alcoholic beverages by combining Japanese sake and locally produced fruit from Gifu prefecture.
